Program terms
Effective October 13, 2026
- Commission
- 40% of every subscription payment a customer you referred makes, excluding tax, for 12 months from their first payment. Payments after those 12 months earn no commission.
- Who counts as your referral
- Someone who clicks your referral link and creates a new DirectoryDuck account within 90 days of that click. The last affiliate link they clicked gets the credit. Existing accounts aren't credited, and neither are your own account, your own email address or your company's email domain.
- Holding period
- Each commission is pending for 30 days so refunds can clear, then it is approved. A refunded payment reverses its share of the commission; a disputed (charged-back) payment reverses all of it.
- Payouts
- Monthly, once your approved commission reaches $50, by PayPal. We'll email you to set up your payout details before your first payout.
- Fair play
- No commission is paid on self-referrals, fake accounts, or sign-ups from spam or misleading claims about DirectoryDuck.
- Changes
- If these terms change, we'll email affiliates before the change takes effect. Questions: support@directoryduck.com.

Create a free DirectoryDuck account (or sign in), open Affiliate in your dashboard and click "Get my referral link". You don't need a paid plan.
40% of every subscription payment a customer you referred makes, before tax, for 12 months from their first payment. For example, a customer on Starter at $39 a month earns you $15.60 a month for 12 months.
90 days from their click. If they create their account within that window, the sign-up is credited to you. If they click another affiliate's link after yours, the most recent link gets the credit.
Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds, then approved. We pay approved commissions monthly once they reach $50, by PayPal.
